Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for the day shift at our Saginaw location. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and assisting with patient assessments and treatments. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality care to patients.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Document patient care and treatment in medical records.

• Current LPN license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
