$48,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

• Install, adjust, and calibrate tooling, fixtures, and equipment for optimal performance.
• Conduct first-piece inspections and obtain quality approval to ensure production readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues during setup.
• Document setup parameters, machine settings, and any adjustments made.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with operators, supervisors, and engineers to optimize setup processes.

• Proven experience in machine setup, changeovers, and tooling adjustments in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Skilled in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for production equipment.
• Ability to perform first-piece inspections and ensure quality standards are met.

• Experience with PLC programming or industrial automation systems.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software for interpreting technical drawings or fixture design.
• Ability to train and mentor junior technicians or production operators.
