The Activities Aide delivers and leads life enrichment programs. Calendar is filled with activities that are therapeutic and promote health and well-being. If you like to engage in games and crafts, this position may be for you.

• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors; foster a positive, healthy environment to support healing and thriving.
• You will assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• You will encourage attendance and transport to and from life enrichment programs.
• You will evaluate patients based on background, life enrichment interests, abilities, physical limitations, and needs for meaningful programs.
• You will develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.

• 1+ year of related experience in long-term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• Team player who cooperates to support teammates and complete tasks.

  Hoyt Nursing & Rehab Centre, 1202 Weiss St, Saginaw, MI 48602
• Scheduling: 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends and some holidays; part-time

• Starting wage: $14.00 per hour; yearly wage increases
