About the Role

We are looking for a Client Service Associate. The Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience at C2 Private Wealth. This position supports Financial Advisors and internal teams by managing client service requests, coordinating account administration, and ensuring operational accuracy across custodial and internal systems.

Responsibilities
  • Client Service & Relationship Support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests
  • Prepare and process new account paperwork, transfers, distributions, beneficiary updates, and maintenance forms
  • Coordinate follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate completion of requests
  • Assist with client onboarding and account setup
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and custodial platforms
  • Support client meeting preparation, including reports and presentation materials
Operations & Administration
  • Monitor account workflows and ensure tasks are completed within service standards
  • Reconcile paperwork and confirm account processing accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive client information
  • Coordinate with custodians and internal departments (Planning, Compliance, Operations)
  • Work closely with Advisors to anticipate client needs
  • Communicate proactively regarding pending items or potential issues
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support firm-wide projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Business, or related field)
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services or client service role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
