Intern Assistant Field Manager (Construction Management Internship)

• Based in Saginaw, MI (various project sites)

We are seeking a motivated Construction Management Intern to assist our onsite Field Manager with active construction projects. This hands‑on internship offers real‑world experience supporting project coordination, documentation, inspections, and contractor communication.

Ideal for students pursuing a degree in Construction Management or Building Technology who want practical field experience.

• Assist Field Manager with daily onsite project coordination
• Maintain project documentation, logs, and construction software
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and inspections
• Attend progress meetings and record minutes
• Support communication between contractors, field staff, and main office
• Assist with field inspections and quality control
• Help maintain organized and professional onsite office environment

• Currently pursuing degree in Construction Management or Building Technology
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new construction software
• Strong organization and communication skills
• 1–2 years construction experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel daily or weekly
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs and work in active construction environments
