Salary Range: $47,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and vendor payments.
- Handle accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and payment application.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with related tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile inventory accounts and support costing related to production materials.
- Proficiency in general ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Solid understanding of inventory valuation methods and cost accounting principles relevant to manufacturing.
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems or specialized manufacturing accounting software.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP Business One).
- Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite).
- Understanding of inventory costing methods (e.g., standard costing, FIFO) and their impact on financial reporting.
- Familiarity with job costing or activity-based costing principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
