Salary: £32,760 per annum

Hours: Any 5 days out of 7

Manpower is currently recruiting a Bus Driver on behalf of our client based in Saffron Walden. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver seeking a stable, full-time position with a well-established transport provider.

You ll primarily be responsible for school runs and private hire services
, with occasional weekend work required. During the summer season, the role may also include tour work
, ranging from 5 to 10 days away from home
.

• Drive safely and responsibly on scheduled routes, school runs, and private hires.
• Deliver excellent customer service to passengers at all times.
• Carry out basic vehicle checks before and after each shift.
• Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records such as journey logs and mileage reports.
• Represent the company professionally while on the road and with clients.

• A valid PCV (Category
  
  D) licence and Driver CPC qualification
  .
• Good knowledge of road safety and driving regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and extended tours when required.
• Previous experience in school runs, private hires, or tour driving is advantageous.
