Multitrader / Multi Trade Operative - Social Housing

📍 Uttlesford & surrounding areas (CB11, CB10, CM6, CM22)
💰 Salary: £38,000 per annum
🕒 Full-time, permanent

We are recruiting an experienced Multitrader to join a growing social housing repairs and maintenance contract covering Uttlesford and surrounding areas.

You will carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance works within tenanted properties, delivering high-quality, safe and professional workmanship across multiple trades. The role requires a flexible, reliable operative who can work independently and as part of a team.

• Plastering repairs to a high standard
• Brickwork, blockwork and minor building works
• General multi-trade maintenance
• Basic plumbing and carpentry (desirable)
• Basic electrical tasks within competency
• Diagnosing faults and completing effective repairs
• Providing excellent customer service in occupied homes

• Proven experience in social housing / tenanted properties
• Strong plastering and brickwork skills
• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 minimum
• Multi-trade maintenance experience
  
  Good Health & Safety awareness
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
• DBS check (or willingness to undertake)

• Salary of £38,000
