The Candidate Requirements Showroom Manager

• Experience managing or supervising a showroom or retail environment (bathroom or interiors preferred)
• A customer-first mindset with a consultative, helpful approach
• Ability to build strong, lasting customer relationships
• Experience supporting customers through product selection and the design journey
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Confidence in handling quotes, orders, and showroom systems
• Proactive approach to achieving sales targets and performance KPIs

• Basic salary circa £32,000
• £8,000 bonus potential based on showroom performance
