Customer Service Rep
Our Account Handlers are a key part of our business, speaking to our customers and providing advice on new products, renewals, and ensuring we understand their needs, and provide products and services that exceed their expectations and retain their loyalty. No experience in insurance is needed as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities- Deal with either inbound or outbound customer calls, understanding the customer’s needs, and providing insurance solutions that are best suited to their requirements.
- Ensure calls are answered in a timely professional manner and that an exceptional customer experience is always delivered, adhering to business standards at all times.
- Ensure that all workflow activity is completed in accordance with approved business processes.
- Comply with all approved procedures, customer service standards and external regulatory bodies.
- Achieve and maintain the required competencies for the role.
- Ensure that any customer complaints are identified and handled strictly within the company’s complaints procedure.
- Engage with a personal communication style.
- Maintain a positive attitude, resilience, adaptability, receptiveness and articulate communication.
- Experience in customer‑based roles (e.g., sales or retail) would be preferred.
