Bay Care - - Responsibilities:
Assist the nursing staff in the delivery of patient care under the direction of the RN;
Assist with patient care while avoiding exposure to body fluids and contaminated devices;
Complete Nurse Helper training prior to orientation on the nursing unit;
Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire;
Follow Bay Care policies and procedures and complete Standard WELLE® training
