• Stable carrier with nearly 20 years of industry experience

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience
• Clean driving record and acceptable MVR
• Current DOT medical card
• Refrigerated (temperature‑controlled) freight experience preferred
• Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Ability to operate ELD systems and maintain accurate logs
• Strong communication and time‑management skills
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check
• Safety‑focused, reliable, and professional attitude

• Safely operate Class A refrigerated equipment on assigned routes
• Transport temperature‑controlled freight in compliance with company and customer requirements
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections
• Monitor and maintain proper trailer temperatures
• Maintain accurate electronic logs, bills of lading, and required documentation
• Communicate consistently with dispatch regarding trip status, delays, or issues
• Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies
• Represent HBT Inc. professionally at shippers and receivers
