Ship/Receive/Validate all product deliveries and returns;
Assist with the loading of trucks as needed to support customer demand;
Analyze warehouse metrics and drive corrective/preventative actions to close out outstanding issues;
Communicate within Logistics Team and with other departments for issue resolution and process improvements;
Develop training guides, process changes, and SOP's as needed;
Maintain and update daily Warehouse KPI reports.
