We are looking for a dedicated certified instructor who can teach multiple training formats including private training, small group training, and group exercise classes.

• Coach within the Group Fitness department with assistance from Health & Wellness management.
• Conduct traditional Fitness Coach duties including assessments, attend monthly meetings, and design class workouts for small‑medium groups.
• Consult with new members regarding fitness goals and aspirations.
• Meet sales and service initiatives by creating consumer demand for fitness services.
• Establish clientele through developing meaningful relationships with members and providing outstanding service.

• Be competent teaching dynamic warm‑up and flexibility drills.
• Demonstrate competency of training techniques, including strength and conditioning formats.
• Be eager to learn and accept constructive feedback.
• Comfortable interacting with clients, children, parents, etc.
• Display positive demeanor toward members, guests and staff.
• Present yourself as a role model for members.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current nationally recognized certification or college degree in a related field from an accredited university.
• Current CPR/AED/FIRST AID certification (within 60 days of employment).
• Previous sales/customer relations experience preferred but not required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• 1 year of CPT experience preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Group Exercise experience preferred.
