Challenger Sports understands that players, coaches, parents, and administrators all have different needs and priorities. By listening to our customers for over 25 years, we have created a TOTAL SOCCER company that caters to everyone involved in the game. Challenger Sports is owned and operated by some of the most experienced soccer people in the country. Our team of 9 offices and 100 full-time staff now provides a comprehensive range of soccer services and products.

Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams, and players while following a set Challenger curriculum.

Key responsibilities include:

$20-$35 gross per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1-hour radius of your home.

Sessions will be held in the evenings from Monday to Friday, and during the day on weekends.

• Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
• All staff must pass a rigorous background check.
• The majority of positions require your own transportation.
• Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
