Knowledge Manager, SharePoint experience
100% remote, Eastern/Standard OR Central Timezone preferred
9 months, potential for extension
Potential for conversion
Desired Start: ASAP
Pay rate: $55-65/hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week, 9am-5 Mon

These are the few expectations on the role:
- The candidate should have a primary focus in Knowledge Management (KM), preferably supported by formal education or coursework in KM.
- SharePoint experience should be considered secondary, as it is simply the system they will use, not the core competency required.
- Excessive job hopping and multiple employment gaps were common concerns with several candidates.
- SharePoint SME, creating SharePoint systems/ revamping
- Library science experience (More solid Systems admin experience)
- Strategic operator use to streamlining systems and implementing change
- Works well alone
- Cloud based storage and filing systems experience
- Experience working with high level stakeholder experience
- Project management experience
- Data organization skills
- Experience with creating user guides and SOPs
Nice to haves:
· Pharma Background with similar life sciences experience
· Mid-size company experience preferred – they will be building new processes and also implementing those processes from end to end
