Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a to hire an ODM Developer to support a State of WA eligibility platform modernization. The ideal candidate will have experience developing business rules in Medicaid or other healthcare platforms.
- Design and develop business rules using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Java-based applications
- Work with DB2 or other relational databases to manage and query healthcare data
- Create and maintain healthcare-specific business rules, particularly for Medicaid eligibility
- Participate in design sessions and contribute to rule architecture
- Engage in hands‑on development and testing of rule applications
- Provide feedback and collaborate with team leads during the interview and onboarding process
pay range: $45-55/hr

- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with ODM
- Strong proficiency in Java development
- Experience with DB2 or similar relational databases
- Proven ability to design and implement business rules, especially in healthcare or Medicaid domains
- Familiarity with CMS/Medicaid integrated eligibility systems
