** Program Objective:
** IRC Sacramento will develop the capacity to serve human trafficking victims, under the age of 18, including foreign-born and domestic, sex, and labor, male, female, non-binary and 2

SLGBTQI  victims, throughout the Sacramento Area. This project will enable IRC Sacramento to create and maintain a robust anti-trafficking program, which includes community education, outreach and training to the Sacramento Community.
** Job Overview:
** IRC’s Anti-Trafficking Program is designed to find sustainable solutions that are appropriate for the unique situations of each client. Caseworkers serve clients through a holistic and broad spectrum of support, including but not limited to connecting clients with legal service providers and housing resources, transportation, helping clients access public benefits, health providers, and psychosocial services and offering regular checks-ins to discuss safety and service plans.

Through communication and collaboration with partners, program staff glean best practices, maintain a database of appropriate referrals, and have access to a network of professionals with the capacity and knowledge to support their work.
** Major Responsibilities:
*** Case Management and Referrals
** Provide trauma-informed comprehensive case management for minor survivors of trafficking to help them feel safe, empowered, and stable.
* Ensure acute client needs are met in a timely and culturally appropriate manner.
* Complete individualized initial assessment and safety planning, orientation to services, support, referral, and advocacy services by assessing and evaluating clients’ distinct needs.
* Assist clients with referrals and access to appropriate resources including shelter, physical and mental health services, and legal services to work towards a stable immigration status.
* Community Outreach and Education
** Develop and implement a region-wide outreach plan to increase awareness regarding the needs of Minor Victims of Trafficking survivors
* Coordinate with Human Trafficking Supervisor regarding outreach plan and travel to sites to meet with potential develop and implement a region-wide outreach plan
* Creation and distribution of informational material and posters throughout the community to hotels, truck stops, bus stations, law enforcement, hospitals, businesses, school administrators, and in other public places.
* Host public information meetings at faith-based organizations and locations as needed
* Partnerships and Community Engagement
** Build partnerships with coalition members and providers; work to connect clients to available resources, including various local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. With their assistance, develop safety plans/protocols for clients, staff and the office.
* Work alongside coalitions to improve regional services available to survivors of trafficking via community outreach, training, and engagement.
* Participate in all IRC program meetings, staff development activities, and fully engage as a member of the team.
* Documentation and Reporting
** Ensure quality case notes and documentation for all contacts made and services provided to partners and on behalf of client and for case file management and quality assurance.
* Prepare, distribute and document direct assistance requests and payments to clients including supplies, rent, utilities, gift cards and other payments. Maintain record of case management expenses in case file and agency tracker systems.
* Draft reports as required by funders and/or donors.
* Comply with all policies, procedures and protocols of the agency.
