We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment on our 9 million square foot campus. If you take pride in precision, problem-solving, and keeping essential systems running smoothly, we'd love to have you on our team.
Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment
- Install, calibrate, and optimize kitchen ventilation and appliance systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, refrigeration, gas, and electrical safety standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to resolve technical issues
- Refrigeration:
Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines - Cooking Equipment:
Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets - Ventilation & HVAC:
Exhaust hoods, rooftop HVAC units, make-up air systems - Dishwashing & Sanitation:
High-capacity dishwashers, automated sanitation systems

Qualifications- CFC Universal Certification
- EPA 608 certification
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area
- COVID-19 vaccination
- Minimum 3 years of experience with commercial kitchen equipment service and repair
- Minimum 3 years of experience with installation and service of cooler/freezer refrigeration systems
- Minimum 3 years of experience with electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Minimum 3 years of experience with gas-fired equipment and gas piping systems
