Job Title: UPS Technician – Northern California
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience + benefits

Role Overview:As a UPS Technician, you will be a key member of the field service team, responsible for ensuring that critical power systems operate safely and efficiently. This role involves hands-on work with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS equipment, directly supporting customer uptime and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of UPS systems, batteries, and associated critical power infrastructure.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and emergency repairs in compliance with OEM standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Assist with commissioning, startup, and system upgrades on-site.
- Maintain detailed service documentation and communicate technical findings to management and customers.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and adheres to company and industry safety standards.
- 3–5 years of experience working with UPS systems; OEM experience preferred.
- Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field.
- Comfortable traveling between San Francisco and Sacramento as required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
