This role supports our equipment yards and field personnel with repairs and maintenance to heavy equipment, including small equipment such as skid steers, boom lifts, rough terrain forklifts, mini excavators, and more. Welding will be a necessity for this position. This role also involves work on tieback drills and vertical drill rigs.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment in the yard and in the field (e.g., skid steers, boom lifts, rough terrain forklifts, mini excavators, tieback drills, vertical drill rigs).
• Welding as required.
• Collaborate with field personnel and other shop staff to ensure equipment readiness and reliability.
• Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed.

• Desire to work in a team atmosphere
• Energetic, with a positive attitude
• Basic mechanical skills
• Mechanical experience with construction equipment is a huge plus
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs
• Must be able to work an 8-10 hour shift
• Must be able to travel occasionally to repair and maintain company equipment
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
