We are seeking an experienced Permanent Field Service Control Technician to join our dynamic engineering team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to apply their expertise in the field, solving complex problems, and ensuring optimal performance of our control systems.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair control systems equipment in various field locations.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with Variable Frequency Drives, Profibus, Digital Multimeters, and Pump/Motor Controls.
- Interpret and work from electrical ladder schematics to identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on control systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Utilize PLCs, pressure/level/flow controls, and electrical wiring knowledge to perform duties.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and implement ladder logic for control systems.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure all control systems function properly.
- Comply with all safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- A college degree in a related engineering field is required.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives, Profibus, Digital Multimeters, and Pump/Motor Controls.
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical ladder schematics.
- Experience with PLCs, pressure/level/flow controls, and electrical wiring.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with ladder logic.
- Proficient in the use of Relay.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Must be able to work in various field locations and adapt to changing work environments.
