Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician

We are looking for motivated technicians who enjoy solving problems, fixing appliances, and providing excellent customer service in homeowners’ homes.

• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves) with high quality and efficiency
• Deliver an excellent customer experience that consistently exceeds expectations
• Provide customers with value‑added solutions to improve their homes
• Maintain and organize the company truck and manage parts efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or general education degree
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing & repair tools
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances (preferred)
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship
• Proficient with smartphone use (including part ordering)
• Successfully pass a background & drug screen
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work
• Ability to travel up to 100%
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime
• Reading, understanding, and applying written technical instructions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  English proficiency
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 20 lbs (frequently 50 lbs; occasionally 100 lbs)
• Ability to reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, crawl, and occasionally reach above shoulder
• Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle
