Senior Refrigeration Technician - Freon Supermarket Refrigeration Focus

RSCS/MRC is a Full‑Service Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service company, servicing 10 states across the western USA and in business for over 25 years.

Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician – This is not an entry‑level position. Only candidates with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in commercial, low‑temperature, rack refrigeration will be considered. This role is not for technicians with only HVAC experience.

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on, commercial, low‑temperature, rack refrigeration experience.
• Proficient in leak detection, motor alignment and replacement, diagnostics of electrical systems and controls, and diagnosing and servicing across multiple brands of equipment and control systems.
• Experience with supermarket refrigeration systems at low temperatures.
• Ability to work independently in client facilities, troubleshoot and repair equipment when operators cannot, and perform start‑ups of refrigeration systems.
• Experienced in both commercial and industrial refrigeration.
• Excellent customer service and client relations.

• Self‑motivated, hands‑on, and a self‑starter.
• Well‑organized and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable with short‑term travel and an on‑call rotation.
• Must have a clean driving record and a clear criminal background for military‑base access.
