Residential HVAC Senior Service Technician

Sign-On Bonus up to $2,500 (Based on Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Senior Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality work, strong customer service, and mentoring others.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (electrical, mechanical, refrigeration)
• Perform maintenance, service, and troubleshooting
• Support and guide junior technicians as needed
• Communicate repair options and pricing clearly with customers
• Document all work accurately and follow safety and company standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years residential HVAC experience
• EPA Certification required (Type I / II minimum; Universal preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexible availability, including some evenings/weekends
