You’ll respond to fire and water damage sites and help restore properties safely and professionally. Your day may include:

• Hands‑on physical work
• Working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces
• Lifting and moving materials
• Using PPE and safety equipment when needed
• Following clear safety and documentation procedures

• Set up and break down restoration job sites
• Operate drying, extraction, and cleaning equipment
• Perform demolition and material removal when required
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates
• Follow safety and documentation standards

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders and in confined spaces
• Willing to work in wet, dirty, or damaged environments
• Able to pass a background check
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
