Drywall Technician

This role will primarily support an electrical panel replacement project in occupied units . The Maintenance Technician will work alongside licensed vendors and ensure units are properly restored once work is completed.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Being present in occupied units while electrical vendors are on-site
• Loosening electrical panels prior to electrician work (no electrical work performed by our tech)
• Remaining on-site during vendor work (observation only; vendor time on-site may be several hours per unit)
• Completing drywall patching and finishing after panel replacement so walls are restored to a "like-new" condition
• Maintaining professionalism and resident awareness while working in occupied units

Once the project concludes, this position is expected to transition fully into our on-site maintenance team , supporting:

• Work orders
• Appliance repairs
• Demo work
• Unit turns / make-readies after move-outs
• Emergency On-call rotation (1-week on-call at a time)
