As a Carpenter Framer, you will play a critical role in constructing and assembling wall panels, floor systems, and roof structures using wood and other framing materials. You will interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate layout and execution while maintaining compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

• Construct and assemble wall panels, floor systems, and roof structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
• Install framing components such as studs, joists, rafters, and sheathing.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations.

• 3+ years of framing experience in residential or modular construction.
• Strong understanding of framing techniques, materials, and structural principles.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in using framing tools such as nail guns, saws, levels, and measuring devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Journeyman level with at least 3 years of framing carpentry experience.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
• Familiarity with construction in a manufacturing or modular building environment is a plus.
• Skills in carpentry, finish carpentry, drywall, hand and power tools, and blueprint interpretation.

You will work in a manufacturing construction setting, primarily on a swing shift from Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 2:30pm , with occasional half-day Saturdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, CA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Sacramento,CA.
