Blu Sky Restoration Contractors is hiring a full‑time Restoration Technician. Starting pay is up to $25 per hour, depending on experience.

The Restoration Technician is a first responder on property loss situations, mitigating damage in residential and commercial structures. Responsibilities include water damage mitigation, structural board‑up and security, on‑location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack‑outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage, and handling.

• Water extraction and mitigation
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
• Microbial remediation
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean‑up
• Demolition (Demo Day!)
• Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
• Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy
• All other duties or projects as assigned

• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a national criminal background check and a motor vehicle report background check
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screening
• Ability to be on‑call 24 hours a day
• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred (certifications a plus but not required)

Noise level is usually quiet. Employees must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The job requires regular sitting, use of hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing, and walking around the office.

Occasional travel less than 25% of the time; some out‑of‑area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings.

Competitive base pay between $15 and $25 per hour. Comprehensive benefits package includes a matching 401(k) plan, health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, paid holidays, disability coverage, equipment allowance, and corporate apparel allowance.
