HVAC Service Technican

The HVAC Service Technician is a professional who services and repairs various home heating and cooling systems year-round. HVAC Technicians work with furnaces as well as thermostats and air conditioning systems to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout a customer’s home or office building.

• Service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
• Test HVAC systems for proper functioning
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems

• Strong knowledge of air conditioning, and HVAC/R systems
• Mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC system components
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a van for field service calls
• Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed
• Basic welding and boiler knowledge is a plus
• Experience in appliance repair is beneficial

• EPA Certification card Type 1 / Type 11 minimum required, Universal is preferred
