• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to ensure everything is working properly and to prevent unnecessary callbacks
• Explains each service performed to the client and ensures customer satisfaction with all work
• Maintains a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

• Lead/Master Plumbers have a track record of increasing responsibility with past employers in the same or similar industry
• Lead/Master Plumbers are senior level and handle the most demanding jobs of the day
• Ability to work in confined spaces (crawl spaces and attics)
• Ability to kneel, bend, and stand for long periods
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
