Mark III Construction, Inc. is seeking certified Electricians for immediate opportunities in the Sacramento Area. Applicants must have commercial experience, be currently licensed by the State of California, and be able to work with limited supervision.
Mark III Construction is a commercial and industrial construction company with a history dating back to 1976. The company self-performs electrical, plumbing, processed piping, HVAC, low voltage, underground, pre-fabrication, and MEP design. The service team provides 24/7 emergency service and can perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance repairs.

CompensationBase pay range: $83,200.00/yr - $/yr
Hourly Wage: $40/hour - $55/hour DOE

Qualifications and Traits of a Mark III Journeyman- Current State of California license
- Excellent workmanship to eliminate go backs
- Excellent knowledge of NEC
- Excellent conduit bending ability
- 5-10 years as a service Technician
- Small Project Experience
- Experience managing teams of 5-10 electricians
- Design build experience
- Estimating experience
- Read and interpret building prints
- Controls experience
- Great customer experience
- Be able to be on call
- Travel as required
- Clean driving record
- Experience working in a commercial setting
- Able to work with little supervision
- Must be able to read and understand construction documents and schedules
- Understands the entire scope of the job
- Able to manage portions of projects and work well as a team
- Capable of forecasting tasks and materials
- Must be knowledgeable of relevant codes and regulations
- Capable of doing basic take offs
- Able to prepare equipment and tool lists
- Experience working on large complex projects
- Ability to take initiative and be self sufficient
- Safety focused at all times
- Possess leadership and mentorship skills
- Must have a valid CA driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Able to collaborate with other trades and have the "Power of One" mindset

- Required to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- Required walking for long and short distances
- Required to perform repetitive motion tasks
- Required to pull or push using force
- Required to stand for sustained periods

- Required to use and climb ladders to work from heights
- Required to use scissor, boom, and other personnel lifts
- Required to reach above head
- Required to reach forward and handle materials and tools
