Provide customer service to facility staff, visitors, and vendors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential concerns;
Monitor access points and public areas, observe for unusual conditions, and assist with badge, key, and visitor control procedures as directed by post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical events, and/or suspicious activity, and request additional assistance when needed;
Complete detailed reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to site representatives and Allied Universal supervision
