Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, receiving areas, parking lots, and perimeter areas;
Support store operations by monitoring for theft-related behaviors, observing suspicious activity, and coordinating with management and/or law enforcement when needed;
Complete required logs and reports, communicate observations to supervisors and site contacts, and use radios and/or other systems to document and escalate security-related concerns
