What to Expect
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to maximize the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System
  • Train and mentor surgical teams in the use of robotic surgical technology and applications
  • Serve as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across various surgical specialties
  • Assist in regional sales and marketing events to promote system awareness and adoption
  • Manage administrative tasks and sales activities effectively, including expense report submissions
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare sales
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% and work evenings and weekends as necessary
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment
  • Proven record of success in sales
  • Exceptional work ethic and ambition
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Experience mentoring or training team members
