Responsibilities
  • Help clients find the right Medicare coverage and the best healthcare solutions.
  • Leverage Connie Health tools and platform to support a streamlined sales process and relationship-building to close deals.
  • collaborate with internal teams and maintain high levels of customer care.
  • Focus on selling while internal teams handle post-sale customer support for clients.
Requirements
  • Licensed:
    Active Life & Health license & AHIP Certification
  • Experienced: 1–3 years of Medicare sales experience
  • Locally connected:
    In-depth knowledge of your local healthcare market
  • Entrepreneurial:
    Self-starter with a go-getter mindset
  • Tech-savvy:
    Comfortable using sales platforms and digital tools
  • Flexible:
    Willing to work non-traditional hours, especially during AEP
  • Compliant:
    Strong understanding of Medicare Communications & Marketing Guidelines (MCMG)
