Momentous Insurance, a Marsh McLennan Agency, delivers commercial and personal insurance solutions across North America. We value inclusive, high‑performance teamwork and seek a Senior Account Executive to drive client satisfaction and new business growth within our Personal Lines practice.
ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Account Executive (SAE), you will be the principal liaison between the insurer, the agency, and the client.
- Provide the highest quality service to customers, sell new lines of coverage and cross‑sell within the existing book of business.
- Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, including all inside service work, endorsement activity, routine coverage questions, problem solving, renewal control, formal proposals, binding policies, and contract analysis.
- Inform the Producer on strategic account issues, claims, and potential problems, ensuring Standard Operating Guidelines are followed for all transactions.
- Oversee all processes related to renewals, account management and new business development.
- Build and maintain constructive, effective relationships with clients at all times.
- Communicate consistently and accurately via email, phone, and meetings.
- Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours.
- Resolve service or claims issues.
- Design or independently design insurance plans and present out‑of‑the‑box solutions.
- Make coverage changes and marketing opportunities during each client contact.
- Conduct face‑to‑face meetings to review reports and maintain relationships as needed.
- Educate clients on coverage, exclusions, gaps, stewardship programs, and other relevant information.
- Monitor client satisfaction quarterly, reporting findings and issues to the producer.
Preferred but not required:
College degree, California Department of Insurance license, 5‑10 years of experience, MS Office proficiency.
Use a computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods; work is performed in a typical interior office environment.

Applicable base salary range: $66,800 to $124,400. Compensation may include performance‑based incentives and retirements programs such as 401K and employee assistance.
