Mission Linen Supply is seeking a Route Sales and Service Driver - Route Relief
. You will be driving and providing services to customers on designated routes in your community. We are looking for extremely motivated, sales-oriented individuals. This position revolves around sales and is paid on commission based on what you develop.
Route Relief Driver pay is $24.15 an hour. The starting pay is based on education, experience, other qualifications, and location of assignment.

- Must have sales and customer‑service experience
- Must have a clean driver’s license
- Must be able to drive a 26‑ft bobtail truck
- Must be comfortable loading/unloading your own truck with up to 50‑lb bags of linen daily
- Must pass the drug test and clinic physical
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the company’s standards.
- Call on prospective customers to solicit new business.
- Inform regular customers of new products or services.
- Drive truck to deliver laundry and/or uniforms to customers’ places of business.
- Collect or pick up rejected or unsold laundry and/or uniforms. Load/unload truck.
- Develop and maintain customer goodwill by providing assistance, demonstrating interest, devoting time, and practicing courtesy at all times.
- Conduct business professionally to minimize or eliminate customer complaints; handle complaints and questions, keeping the supervisor informed if necessary.
- Listen to and resolve service complaints. Maintain inventory and follow company inventory‑control policies.
- Collect money from customers, make change, and record transactions on customer invoices.
- Obtain customer signature on invoices for pickup or delivery.
- Record delivery and inventory information on daily invoices.
- Clean inside the truck; perform routine maintenance on truck.
- Attend training and service‑department meetings.
