Johnson & Johnson Med Tech, part of the innovative Ethicon organization, seeks an Associate Account Executive to expand sales of Ethicon products and support the North‑America clinical sales program. The role focuses on delivering surgical technologies and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals, helping treat conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.
Responsibilities- Expand sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and convert competitive products in a manner compliant with company policy.
- Support the assigned Area/Region with all sales‑related activities and be eligible to compete for a full‑time Account Executive role.
- Be trained to demonstrate proper use of our products to healthcare providers in an operating room setting.
- Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, and ethical manner that leads the customer to action.
- Understand and demonstrate the preparation and surgical use of all Ethicon products.
- Manage customer product questions and objections consistently with sales training methodology.
- Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods learned during training courses.
- Assist surgeons through strategic platforms and products in an operating room.
- Comply with standards for safe behavior and demonstrate product, procedure, and clinical knowledge, while following the Business Conduct Policy and other J&J policies.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0–2 years of business experience.
- Ability to travel as necessary, including overnight and/or weekend travel, and/or relocate to an assigned geography.
- Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Established business planning and forecasting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Business (preferred).
- Experience selling in a new or changed sales channel.
- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Excellence in process management and organizational agility.
- Documentation of successful sales performance.
- Ability to work in an operating room.

Annual base salary range: $55,000–$86,000. Eligible for an annual performance bonus and benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and paid time off.
