Field Sales Representative

Job Summary

Field Sales Representative at Auris | formerly Heartland (Acrisure). Responsible for prospecting, presenting Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid‑sized merchants, and closing deals within a fast sales cycle. Works closely with a Payroll Division Manager, Territory Manager, and local Paid Territory Manager (PTM) or Payroll Division Manager (PDM) to set appointments, run presentations, and maintain regular communication. Offers 100% commission, residuals, and portfolio equity.

• Prospect new clients and maintain existing client records in Atlas CRM.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure first‑time appointments.
• Build knowledge of current product portfolio and industry developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with leader.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Incentive‑driven sales hunter with high sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Professional demeanor and impeccably integrity.
• Measurable, high‑quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, minimum 50% of the time.

• High school diploma/GED.
• Prior experience in a B2B sales role.
• Prior experience with a CRM tool, such as Salesforce or Hub Spot.

W2 employee with medical, dental, life, and disability benefits. First‑year professional may expect an average base salary range of $90,000–$105,000 + with uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity. 401(k) and matching program, plus state‑specific benefits in Nevada and Colorado.
