Our agents earn on average between $60,000 - $120,000 in commissions their first year. Commissions are based on your sales and how hard you work!

Responsibilities- Service home buyers & home sellers at the highest level
- Work effectively with team and mentors
- Study and know local market statistics daily
- Manage a database of leads and contacts with daily follow up and appointment‑setting
- Learn and use scripts and best practices for lead conversion
- Participate in team meetings, events and one‑on‑one coaching
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy and passionate about working with and helping others
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service always
- Goal‑oriented and high‑achieving - a sales or high‑level customer service background is a plus!
