Territory Manager
Reporting to District Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Territory Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Venus AI. You will drive sales growth and expand market presence within your assigned territory, promoting and selling medical aesthetics devices, fostering strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Territory Managers receive competitive compensation and a benefits package including performance‑based incentives.
Base pay range$80,000 – $90,000 per year
Responsibilities- Drive sales growth for new customers, increase customer base and market share.
- Conduct prospect analysis, understand their business, identify opportunities and gaps.
- Develop pipelines, ensure progression and ongoing activity; conduct cold calling and on‑site visits to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
- Conduct a minimum of 30 cold calls daily, book 5 meetings daily and run 2–3 meetings daily.
- Adapt and execute the company’s sales strategy.
- Establish a thorough understanding of the focused portfolio.
- Educate prospects on product line‑up, device indications, efficacy, safety, and how our products fulfill customer needs; conduct demos while adhering to company protocols.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships; visit all accounts regularly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop reference sites, provide sales support at meetings, workshops and conventions as necessary.
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) data integrity by regular updates, compiling reports and attending calls and meetings as required.
- Support installation at the customer’s site per company methods, specifications, policies and procedures.
- Meet sales targets set through annual/quarterly budgets.
- Forecast and submit sales reports timely.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Inside Sales and Clinical Training.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in business or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Experience selling lasers, RF or minimally invasive technologies to dermatologists, facial and plastic surgeons, and med‑spas preferred.
- Track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
- Excellent cold‑calling and selling skills, building relationships with prospects.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment under strict deadlines.
- Team player who collaborates with internal departments.
- Self‑motivated with a positive, proactive mindset.
- Strong time‑management, organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is an asset.
- Solid MS Office and general computer skills.
- Must own a vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must travel primarily within the territory, with some travel within North America and international travel as required.
- Ability to travel overnight within the territory (minimum 3 nights per week, depending on territory) and outside the territory for national trade shows, training and other events.
- Potential to relocate for growth opportunities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Base salary range: $60,000 – $70,000
- Incentive Compensation: Uncapped commissions and bonuses
