We’re looking for a Sales Manager who will serve as the main connection between our brands and our clients, driving growth, building meaningful relationships, and identifying new opportunities across the region. What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for our customers.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
- Drive territory expansion by identifying new business opportunities and prospecting potential customers.
- Partner closely with our merchandising team to ensure flawless in-store execution, product visibility, and impactful promotional activity.
- Present and demonstrate products using samples, catalogs, and category knowledge to highlight key value propositions.
- Prepare pricing, quotes, sales contracts, and delivery estimates.
- Track stock levels, review customer needs, resolve issues, and support clients with training when needed.
- Maintain accurate sales data, generate performance reports, and keep account activities up to date.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to strengthen brand presence and discover new opportunities.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage priorities independently
- Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working with numbers, percentages, ratios, and other business metrics
- Willing to travel up to 20%
