Role Description
Collective Herb Consulting is hiring a contract Account Executive (hybrid, Sacramento-based with remote flexibility) to drive new client acquisition and build a consistent sales pipeline.
Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new business opportunities with cannabis cultivators and operators
- Follow up with warm leads and inbound inquiries
- Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities
- Present consulting offerings and guide prospects through next steps
- Collaborate with the founder on proposals and closing strategy
- Manage pipeline and outreach tracking in Hub Spot CRM
- Maintain awareness of cultivation trends and operator pain points
- Experience in B2B sales, consulting sales, or professional services sales
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Organized and self-motivated with consistent follow-through
- Comfortable with CRM tools and pipeline management (Hub Spot preferred)
- Bonus: cannabis cultivation experience or background in ag/horticulture/biotech
Commission-only with uncapped earning potential.
- 10% on the first $40,000 closed per month
- Select candidates may qualify for a flat 15% commission on all closed revenue.
