Commercial Security Integrator Account Manager
Tech Systems Inc. (TSi) is seeking a Commercial Security Integrator Account Manager.
OverviewThe Account Manager is responsible for designing and developing security installation projects in collaboration with the customer to meet their needs. This role manages client expectations, accounts, and identifies opportunities for expansions of existing systems to support business goals.
Position Responsibilities and Expectations- Design and develop installation projects in consultation with customers to meet their stated and unstated needs.
- Prepare functional proposals and budgets for new installation projects, including detailed plans showing design, components, and exact locations for installation by technicians and project managers.
- Develop new sales/business with customers by identifying customer needs and opportunities for improvements or expansions of existing systems or new technology.
- Identify and develop new clients within the area that fit the current Tech Systems business model.
- Renew FOCUS Support Services Agreements.
- Meet annual sales quota and assist Tech Systems in meeting company-wide sales goals.
- College degree preferred.
- Must obtain PSP within one (1) year of employment.
- Must obtain CPP certification to advance.
- At least three (3) years prior technical or sales experience in security systems integration industry or related field.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite functions.
- Knowledge of integration of electronic security systems.
- Strong knowledge of security systems sales industry.
- Goal oriented, results driven.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, including proposals and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively and supportively with staff, customers, and prospective customers and within a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record satisfactory to Tech System’s automobile insurance carrier.
- Job duties involve travel and visitation to customers.
- Requires intermittent physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, light lifting, driving and travel.
