• Promote Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction
• Become the liaison between customer, sales & engineering
• Develop annual sales plan in support of organization strategy & objectives
• Direct implementation & execution of sales policies & practices
• Ensure communications are coordinated, support sales plan objectives & meet organizational expenditure requirements
• Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research & competitor analyses

• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, including achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and leading high‑performing sales teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• 10+ years of experience in sales leadership
• Must be located in commutable distance to Sacramento, California, United States
