Event Sales & Marketing Agent – Hyatt

Join the Hyatt Vacation Club® Marketing team as an Event Sales & Marketing Agent.

Pay
: $19.90/hr + commission + up to $450/week additional training pay (first 10 weeks only).

Schedule
:
Full‑time, 5 days per week. Must be available to attend events throughout Sacramento County, including afternoon/night and weekend events.

Currently offering a $1,000 sign‑on bonus; $500 paid after 45 days and $500 paid after 6 months.

• Work at events and off‑property locations (sporting events, concerts, malls, fairs, trade shows) to promote the Hyatt Vacation Club® Program.

• Schedule and conduct sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests at events and off‑site locations.
• Provide high‑level service to exceed budgeted sales and volume goals.
• Verify guests meet eligibility and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
• Enjoy interaction with guests, in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred.
• Will work under background and drug screening per state and local requirements.
• Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees; perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and stand/sit/walk for extended periods.
