Product Sales Executive, Angiography - Northern CA

The Product Sales Executive for Angiography is focused on selling Siemens diagnostic imaging products and building relationships with key stakeholders across the market.

Responsibilities
  • Provide deep technical knowledge in an assigned portfolio and advise sales teams and customers on how to use and integrate Siemens angiography products.
  • Develop, build, and cultivate effective relationships with key stakeholders within assigned customer organizations.
  • Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of business goals and budgets.
  • Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies, and develop forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.
  • Lead territory team reviews and update account plans based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.
  • Remain current with angiography trends and market landscape; train and guide internal colleagues on current trends and key talking points.
  • Effectively use Siemens sales tools to enhance collaboration, communication, and drive growth.
  • May initiate the establishment of expert teams and facilitate those team activities.
  • Achieve business objectives for assigned territory (e.g., penetration of account with product/solution/service offerings).
Required Skills
  • BS/BA in a related discipline and 5+ years’ experience in angiography sales, marketing, or a clinical role specific to angiography, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Success in building and sustaining effective customer relationships.
  • Senior professional‑level expertise with extensive functional, commercial, and/or technical knowledge in the angiography space.
  • Ability to integrate analysis, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Deep professional know‑how and experience in angiography; to effectively transfer and apply know‑how to/in various contexts.
  • Solid professional judgment and problem‑solving competence; ability to improve existing processes and approaches.
  • Approximately 50‑70% travel required, within territory; overnight travel up to 1‑2 times per week.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
Preferred
  • Angiography sales or medical capital equipment experience.
  • Sales experience in a hospital environment.
  • Experience carrying/exceeding large quotas with long sales cycles.
  • Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller‑Heiman, etc.
Base Pay Range
  • Base: $67,200 – $100,800 annually (variations based on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience).
  • Annual incentive target: $90,000 (variable compensation target).
