Community Development Liaison
Behavior Frontiers – Sacramento, California – Full‑time – $80,000/Year – Travel required.
Behavior Frontiers is rapidly expanding to open centers across the country to provide behavior therapy to children with autism. We are looking for a full‑time sales representative to help us build our reputation and develop leads for new clients within a local region. The position will involve virtual and in‑person contact with stakeholders and require local travel throughout the assigned region.
GeneralRequirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in medical services / health‑care industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent customer‑interface skills, ability to deliver presentations and drive meetings
- Proven success dealing with various levels of clientele, especially key decision‑makers
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Excellent problem‑resolution and consultative sales skills
- Ability to use Salesforce to track leads, record sales activities, review and prepare reports
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet goals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel 80% of the time to meet with stakeholders or potential clients.
Responsibilities- Educate stakeholders (physicians, therapy groups, hospitals, etc.) and clients about the value of Behavior Frontiers ABA therapy
- Conduct daily sales calls via video conferencing, phone communication, and in‑person meetings or presentations
- Manage sales opportunity forecasting within Salesforce for current and potential customers
- Develop stakeholder databases for Behavior Frontiers regions, ensuring all contacts are managed in Salesforce
- Participate in business development strategies
- Interact with Behavior Frontiers leaders at a high level, communicating sales goals and strategies to generate and convert viable leads
- Make cold calls to prospective clients, individually or with team members
- Educate local clinical leadership about sales efforts and engage them in sales activities to support lead generation
- Stay focused on achieving and exceeding goals
- Record and report sales calls in Salesforce and meet call‑cycle goals
- Continuously improve knowledge of service offerings and communication skills through self‑learning and training programs
- Adhere to all company and industry guidelines
- Work some weekends and weeknights as needed
- Travel to Behavior Frontiers regions at least twice per month
- Other duties as assigned
- Bonus plan based on sales objectives
- Paid mileage and drive time
