Sally Beauty Advisor
The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails and be the advisor on the customer’s journey. Sally Beauty provides the knowledge and training; you bring your passion and personality – we will do the rest.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work with flexible schedules to suit different needs.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Working Conditions/

Physical Requirements:

The position requires standing for long periods; walking; bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. The role may involve exposure to moving parts, carts, machines, or irritant chemicals.
